On the product page of each item of merchandise in our store you will find the shipping times. In some cases shipping times can be different for other products in a merchandise collection. We ship from more than one warehouse in more than one place so it varies.

We are proud to utilize international shipping services that help us bring you quality merchandise from many different parts of the world. We are currently not one of the largest companies in the world (G.M. , Walmart, etc.), however we know how to keep our customers satisfied with great products, great service, awesome discounts, and we're learning more as we grow more.

 

 The volume of demand for the merchandise we ship is very high. Some items may take slightly longer to ship than others because there are many orders coming in for all of our products from  many places. All orders require processing time and then shipping time. To keep up with the demand, we ship products from warehouses inside and outside of the U.S. and for this reason we keep our shipping time windows flexible for example (3-6 days, etc.). Sometimes our merchandise arrives during the earlier part of these time frames and sometimes it arrives during the later. If it arrives during the later part of these time frames it could be for any number of reasons but we try our hardest to ensure that your products arrive quickly and are of the best quality, and performance we can offer for that type of product. FLY HIGH COMPANY RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return an item. YOU MUST REPORT A RETURN WITHIN 10 DAYS OF INTIAL ARRIVAL DATE TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR YOUR RETURN TO BE ACCEPTED.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make things right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
